Registration

You must register (“HiPoLiving Registration”) to access and use certain features of the HiPoLiving Site, such as requesting information about our services and applying for membership. If you are registering in the name of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and grant us all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms.

You can register at HiPoLiving.com using an email address and creating a password, or through your account with certain third-party social networking services, such as Facebook or Google. You have the ability to disable the connection between HiPoLiving and your SNS Account at any time.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep your profile page information up-to-date at all times.

You may not register more than once (1) at HiPoLiving.com unless HiPoLiving authorizes you to do so. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your HiPoLiving Registration to another party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your HiPoLiving credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must immediately notify HiPoLiving if you know or have any reason to suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your HiPoLiving Registration. You are liable for any and all activities conducted through your HiPoLiving Registration, unless such activities are not authorized by you and you are not otherwise negligent (such as failing to report the unauthorized use or loss of your credentials).

HiPoLiving Membership

As part of the Services, you may apply to become a member of the HiPoLiving. community (such members, “Members,” and such membership, “HiPoLiving Membership”). An application for HiPoLiving Membership may involve several steps, including: (i) providing certain personal details, such as your name, email address and phone number; (ii) answering several optional questions about yourself, such as your housing budget, commuting needs and other housing preferences; (iii) providing payment information to a third-party payment processor that we use (the “Payment Processor”) such as direct debit information for an account with a financial institution or a credit card for the purpose of future processing of any payments to us that you authorize, such as HiPoLiving Membership, deposit and housing rental fees; (iv) electing to share certain personally identifiable information with third party websites, services or applications for the purposes of running a background or credit check; and (v) a brief phone interview with one of our team members. We reserve the right to review applications for HiPoLiving Membership to confirm that the applicant meets the criteria for membership, as determined in our sole discretion. We may reject or approve applications for HiPoLiving Membership in our sole discretion.

No warranties

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. HiPoLiving.com makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, HiPoLiving.com does not warrant that:
