Who we Are
We are a team of experienced professionals with advanced degrees from top-tier universities and successful careers in the corporate world.
A few years ago, we were just starting out just like you! We used to rent the extra room in our condo to our coworkers to save up some money and pay mortgage. These people became our lifelong friends and career champions. Throughout the years we have helped each other find the right person to talk to or fight for the right promotion or job opportunity.
We want to recreate what we have and bring that experience to a larger community that can benefit from having great roommates and building a professional network at the same time!

I started my career in the oilfield, working on a field crew in remote locations. After 4 years I became the youngest operations manager in my segment, with a P&L of over 350 million dollars a year and 250 employees. I worked in Canada, Texas and the Middle East and moved into 8 different houses in 8 years. After I finished my MBA I went into midstream in market intelligence and within 1 year I got promoted to my current role as business development manager, where I drive midstream infrastructure development projects in Latin America and the US. I am a mom, a Crossfit coach and an entrepreneur and I enjoy reading and yoga in my spare time (is there such a thing?)

I am a Principal with Schlumberger’s Venture Fund. I have 12 years of experience in the energy sector working in Canada, the US and throughout the Middle East in developing unconventional basins. I joined a Fortune 500 oilfield services company as a Well Services Field Engineer before holding management positions in in Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Operational Planning. I most recently worked on the deployment of my company’s Digital Transformation program and the accompanying organizational design.
